All of Fern New Zealand's software provides the ability to email support directly. As part of the process our software compiles and delivers diagnostic information about your software so we can investigate any issues straight away.

As Fern supports customers in New Zealand, Australia and Noumea, our support hours are flexible. Support phone lines are open and available from 8:30am until 11:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am until 4:00pm Saturday.

Email support is available 24 / 7.

99% of our support calls can be resolved over the phone. However, should you require onsite assistance, Fern New Zealand will organise this for you.
